Rules to set and manage password have to be consistent with Siemens password security standard
- If you want to log into the Employee Portal but don't yet have a password, or if you forgot your password just request a preliminary password.
- The preliminary password must be changed after your first validation
- To maintain security, you must change your password every 90 days.
- To meet data security requirements, your new password must comply with the following rules:
- It must consist of at least eight characters
- It must contain at least one number
- It must contain at least one upper-case letter
- It must contain at least one special character
